I’ve had continual outages for the past 30 days customer support doesn’t answer calls when they do answer can’t offer me know solution keep saying my service is operating normally And they increase their price I had no other option other than to raise a complaint with the Ombudsman’ I’m hoping this is my solution Although having said that I’ve had to ring them x3 times today to confirm an appointment with an NBN tech they keep stuffing up the time I need an a.m. appointment and told them that repeatedly got sent from NBN an afternoon appointment so continually frustrating dealing with this company
