I have a new computer with Outlook. I have been unable to get TPG emails on the new Outlook. Outlook help have spent a couple of hours trying to help me. Outlook will not accept the password. This is what Outlook has some up with.
Per our discussion about your issue of receiving emails using l*******@tpg.com.au, as we have checked and can confirm that your password of the email address and the internet connection are all good, it may be caused by the mail provider. Please take your time to contact the mail server TPG and ask them to check their server to make sure that everything is working well.

Using your browser, go to www.tpg.com.au, select Post Office or My Account and try to login using your username and this password you've been trying. If the password is not accepted, click the "Forgot your password?" link. The procedure is slightly different in each case.
Already tested that and it is all working fine
So, is your Outlook client ok?
