After using IMAP and SMTP info trying to confirm current account, receiving message "Log in error. Your email server certificate is invalid" what does this mean?

We'd like to check the settings that you are using and the type of service you have with us.
Shoot me a PM with your TPG username or customer ID number along with the email address you are using.

Our Post Masters confirmed that our certificate is updated.
Try to uninstall and reinstall your Outlook client and try to set your account again.
