Hi, Lately I have been experiencing bad packet loss and terrible connection.
Not sure what it is, TPG usually give a heads-up when there is maintenance.
But this packet loss is very frustrating, any idea on how to fix?

Are you just using ping command to determine 10% or some special software?
What ip address are you testing that gives packet loss?
Are you using wifi or ethernet connection to router?
Can you test from your device to router (192.168.1.1) and to tpg.com.au.a
