Get online support
I have been with TPG for a very long time and for the past year or so since getting NBN there have been a very small amount of issues. However, for the past 1-2 weeks, I have been experiencing severe lag spikes in online games and calls. Discord is showing that whilst the ping is fine, the connection will randomly jump to 10-50% packet loss ocassionally for a second and then return to normal. This also affects games where I will momentarily drop out.
