Password recognition

When I try to log into my tpg email, it continually rejects my password which has not been changed (by me).

It is still rejecting me when I try through the web.  Please respond therefore to this alternative email address: xxxxx  Thank you.

You may consider resetting the password by clicking on 'Forgot password'.
