I got my TPG modem today. Where do i get my password. And what do you mean by Postcode on yout TPG account?

What password are you talking?

is it your TPG account password or the WIFI password to connect to the modem?

Thank you for the reply. I am so happy to see because i have been calling 131423 for two days and no response.

I need password for both TPG account and for my WIFI connection to the modem. Why is it so confusing and complicated or am I the only one facing it?

The postcode on forget password in tpg webpage is for your address postcode

Now the wifi password should be on a sticker normally at the buttom part of the modem.
