I have been a TPG customer since 2012...that clearly means nothing! I have been trying to cancel my service for weeks....someone will call me back...sent many emails....working on it....phoned - too many calls can't help you at the moment, go to the internet.....send email...working on it...phone...someone will call you back. So I have wasted atleast 8hrs in total with this cycle...finally I get through...yes we can cancel your service...but no refund as you have not given us 30 days notice!!! YOU CAN'T GIVE 30 DAYS NOTICE IF YOU CAN'T GET THROUGH TO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
So over the many years I have paid TPG thousands and thousands of dollars - and as you can't answer my call...you will not give me a refund!
We will never return.
