How do I find what day of the month I have to pay my bill

For NBN services, we debit the account 7 days prior to the end of your cycle. 

You may also check your account online: Using TPG My Account & Online Account Info 

Send in your TPG username or Customer ID via PM so we can advise you of your billing/account query.
