I have a concern over the ongoing broadband internet issues that have been affecting not only myself but a significant portion of users across the region. Over the past few months, there has been noticeable degradation in service quality, with frequent disconnections and speeds that far below the promised thresholds.
According to a recent report by LocalCircles, over 56% of users in India have faced similar connection issues, with 21% experiencing problems more than three times a month. This is alarming, given the critical reliance on internet connectivity for work, education, and entertainment.
Please help me out to this issue. Need help. Any help would be appreciated.
