I need TPG to book an NBN service callout to fix my broken copper wires.
My FTTN NBN service suffers from the same problem as my ADSL service, broken copper wires. This has been happening for years.
They happen between my house and the NBN Node, but TPG support close the tickets as soon as my modem resync's.
The impact is that I have unpredictable drop outs and poor internet speeds.
When everything is working I get 39.1Mbps or better. Since yesterday morning, when the wires broke again, I am now getting between 11.7Mbps and 21.1 Mbps.
