Phone Customer Service Complaint

Chat and forum help has been excellent, however phoning to ask questions was utterly humiliating. The so called customer service representative tried to get information that has nothing to do with my account (wanted to know who my mobile phone provider was), asked me if my “husband pays” for everything and then laughed at me. I was so disgusted at the outright misogyny that I hung up. He was disgusting.
