Ping High

Since few weeks ago, I have been getting 260 average ping in SEA servers. I used to be playing games at around 100 Ping before through the same internet and plan. Help me resolve this please.
Also, youtube 1080 video buffering as well as Netflix buffering. Never happened before but currently, it happens, its not noticeable and frequent like that of the gaming ping, but it still something to look upon.
