I'm not sure what service plan you're on because I'm unable to pull up your account using your community details. However, if you're on NBN12, then the speed is within the expected range.
As for the Traceroute result that you provided, the high ping is outside of TPG's network and appears to be coming from the game server. You might want to check this with the game's support.
