Hi I recently changed from an internet plan that capped at 12mbps to an internet plan at 50mps.
When does the change in speed actually occur?
I've had a confirmation email saying the plan has changed however I have ran internet speed tests and it is still at 12mps.

Hi @ilsbenjousta,
Since we receive a confirmation that the plan has been updated, try to reboot the modem/router for 3mins and run a speed test. This should do the trick, let us know how it will go.

I've rebooted the modem and retested. Still running at 12mbps. Is there anything else I can do? Does the motom need to be changed or something?
