Plan Change Internet Speed update

Hi I recently changed from an internet plan that capped at 12mbps to an internet plan at 50mps. When does the change in speed actually occur? I've had a confirmation email saying the plan has changed however I have ran internet speed tests and it is still at 12mps. Thanks for your help Ben ... View more
