Planned Maintenance

Why is Planned maintenance conducted on a Monday between 7am and 3pm.

This is peak usage for WFH workers.

How is this time determined?

To make matters worse - there was a pubvlic transport strike in the same area so very difficult to get to the office.

Why isn't this maintenance done poutside peak times?

Our apologies for the inconvenience, service maintenance are usually scheduled during off peak time however, there are situations that an immediate maintenance is needed to ensure continued performance on the network.
