Is it just me or is everyone else over a zillion PLANNED MAINTENANCE notices?
Wait time yesterday when my NBN went down (router needed reset apparently so not a planned maintenance per se but) was CRAZY!
Called round 3pm and got a call back at 7.45pm - guy was great (Sajid), very patient and thorough - my modem needed resetting and then the issue was resolved once we reset the NBN box too. I get there have been storms, which was explained by Sajid - but Ive had soooooo many "TPG/NBN will be out for planned maintenance" notices in the last year, they all just spell downtime to me - and given I rely on the net for work, it is disruptive when it goes down and last time I checked - the only non-NBN TPG option is capped to 25 for downloads - so since I prefer 50 to be safe/fast for work - it's still not a solution (hopefully TPG will call customers if that has/does change/d - interested if they can get it on par to also be 50) - thanks! Otherwise, service is great - esp tech support, inc call back option, is very helpful and professional.
