Yesterday there was a planned outage in West Ryde that took the internet down all night.
TPG didn't give any sms/email warning about this at all.
This is the second time this has happened.
Why is this happening now?
Before we had warnings.

We've reviewed the report from NBN Co and learned that the planned outage was for their 3rd party network provider, which we weren't notified ahead of time for us to cascade it to our customers.
We understand that the service is back and working within specification.
