Plannned Maintenance

Hi  

 

I wish to speak to someone over the extensive disruption that has occurred to our internet service over the past few months. 

 

We have had over 100 hours of disrupted internet services due to planned maintenance. 9 days of the maintenance have occurred during normal working hours. As I work from home and require internet service, this has resulted having to find alternative office space to complete my job.

 While we will endeavour to make services available to customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, services are not fault free and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, or the speed, performance or quality of the service.
