Please cancel my nbn Internet account. I've gone with other provider and started using their Internet service from today.
I hope my request can be processed before the new TPG billing cycle starts.
By the way, I also sent you guys my cancellation notice via email this afternoon as you guys request your customers to do so.
I really hope this cancellation process goes simple and fast.
