Would you be able to cancel NBN plan for user ID chvy1984 as soon as possible?
We have moved home and have since taken a new account ID so chvy1984 is no longer required.
Please send me the cancellation instructions to sangjun.yim@gmail.com and I will write you a formal cancellation request as required.
