I have Home Wireless Broadband. From last Monday my internet service is very slow. I am not even able to check my emails. Please resolve this issue.

Yes, I am also in Point Cook, and having the exact issues, the down speed is barely over 1 mbps, tried to call them, 65 mins waiting, and still no answer. Did you get any response?

Hi i live in Geelong - also experiecing the same issue download speed of 2.5 mbps with Ethernet connection!
