I have been experiencing extremely slow 5G speeds since afternoon of 20/12/2022. DL speed is less than 1Mbps. Can you quickly resolve this as there are other customers who are also facing the same problem.
We'd like to have a better understanding of the situation and see what we can do to improve the connection.
