Slow 5G Home broadband

I have been experiencing extremely slow 5G speeds since afternoon of 20/12/2022. DL speed is less than 1Mbps. Can you quickly resolve this as there are other customers who are also facing the same problem.

I have same issue. Worked okay till free 1 month after that network keep going below 1 mbps all the time

I have tried all the steps.

Raised a case and it is moving between different teams since last 4 days. Pathetic customer service.
