Poor 5G Home Broadband

Having experienced really bad 5g internet for most of the last 3 months (since converting from NBN) I can report that we have had a few good days on the past 3days ... now we have gone from over 150Mbps down to a more "normal" of about 3.5!!!

 

what is going on???

We can confirm that the service is affected by an ongoing planned maintenance. This has been raised to our Technical Team for monitoring, updates will be provided as soon as it becomes available.
