Wi-Fi constantly drops out. NBN all lights are on. Have unplugged and started modem 3 times.

We were able to locate your account using your community details and tested the NBN line.

We can't verify if there's a fault within the NBN network, however, massive drop outs are seen.

This has been raised to our Engineering team for further investigation and updates will be given via SMS or phone call within 24 to 48 hours as soon as it becomes available.
