Poor service for NBN.

After 4years service from them today i quit TPG, even though i paid $60 for 30 days notice period i’m happy that i say bye. Service is really bad especially NBN.Don’t have to waste my time anymore with there technical team.

We would like to offer our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. We've seen that this has been recently handled by our Engineering Team. The assessment shows that the router has been connected to an unallocated port on the NBN's NTD Box that causes dropouts on the service. We appreciate taking your time sharing your feedback with us.

Frequently contacted TPG for the drop out issue and no one give me a proper solution anyway I switched to Telstra and working fine in the same port.
