Poor speed and dropping out

I swapped to TPG two weeks ago and I have to say the internet is very bad. It drops out constantly and the speed I am getting is the slowest speeds I’ve ever seen.

As you say you swapped (from another RSP), was it because of dropouts then? If so, probably it is not the RSP(s) to blame. Are you on FTTN? If so, suspect the copper joints in your link.

Are you under NBN or Home Wireless?

Are you connected to the 2.4GHz or 5GHz band network?

What troubleshooting have you tried so far?
