Post Office Password

Have been trying to access the Post Office but get error message that I'm using an invalid user name and/or password - this message is incorrect. I am using my TPG user name and password and both are valid formats (I can log into my account with them).

It is not just you. There has been an ongoing issue with tpg email accounts Australia wide for the past few days. We are also unable to access our email account and get the same error message every time. I have contacted tpg several times by phone, facebook and by their contact page but they have been very unhelpful and cannot say when the problem will be resolved.

There were some delays on the access of some of our customers, but it should work normally now.

 

If you are receiving an invalid username and password error, please try to change your password then try again.

 

If the issue persists, please let us know.
