Ppoe password

How do i found out my Ppoe password. Do not tell me it’s my tpg account login password as it’s not. I checked on the router and it’s 10 characters, while my tpg account password is 12 characters. The router is pre-setup from tpg as it is tpg provided router. Thanks for any help

It is correct, that the pppoe password is the tpg account login. Sorry for misunderstanding. All good
