Hi,
I spoke with Jinny from TPG Sales last week on 2nd August about getting NBNCo to add my address to their database so TPG can connect broadband internet in my home (****). She said she will get back to within 24-48 hours but I have yet to hear from her.
Can someone from TPG follow up on this? Have an “add address” request been sent to NBNCo’s portal?
I have attached the original signed NBNCo consent form when they first laid the FTTP cables and installed the PCD box to my house over two years ago, but they seem to have forgotten to update my address to their database upon completion of the installation, which is the whole reason for this request.

I tried to use your community account details to pull up the account and I got a match, however the account is associated with a different service address. Though I check the availability of NBN service of the address associated with the account, however it shows not yet serviceable by TPG.
