Promotional Plan

I am a TPG customer from last 7 years and right now I am using a promotional plan from last one year.

I am living in 3024 postcode and I am moving to my permanent house within the same postcode and within 1 KM.

But the customer service people are very rude and saying I can’t use the same plan and have to pay more or come back to the normal plan.

This is very very frustrating and shame on TPG customer service.

I will escalate this to every level as much as I can.
