unable to send TPG emails thru Outlook

I am unable to send email from my TPG account via Outlook on my pc. I receive the msg below:

"Task 'blasa@tpg.com.au - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC0F) : 'The connection to the server was interrupted. If this problem continues, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'"

I tried changing incoming port to 110 & outgoing to 25 as per web recommendation. This did not alleviate the problem.

For short periods during the day the TPG send email seems to work.

Background & context:

This problem was triggered when I went overseas & was using my laptop & use a different internet provider.

I also use a gmail account in Outlook & this has no problems.

Separately, I am also unable to send email from my TPG account on my mobile phone. This has always been a problem & is not triggered by my trip overseas. The fail msg I receive on my phone is:

“The response from the remote server was:

550 #5.7.1 DMARC unauthenticated mail is prohibited.”
