Thanks for sending the router promptly.
Just after I picked up the router I had to leave for overseas due to some unexpected emergency situation. I haven't had a chance to setup the new router and I won't be able to return the old router in 14 days. Please advise if TPG can extend the time and allow a month's time to return the old router.

The request to extend the return of the old equipment to 1 month has been approved. Please ensure to have it returned within the extension period to avoid getting charged for the new modem.
