Reconfiguring VR1600v modem for nbn fttn

Trying to get my new nbn internet connected through an Archer VR1600v modem that was previously setup used for TPG ADSL. Currently have power DSL is lit and wireless connection to devices. Just no internet coming in!

Can anyone help with the settings? I have just entered my new username and password into the advanced>DSL page of the modem.

Hi @redbourne01 . What version firmware does your VR1600 have?

Following is for Build 220518. If your build is earlier, can you attach a screenshot. Procedure may be different.

In Advanced, Network, DSL, do you have any interface name beginning pppoe_ptm? These are the ones used for NBN. 

The 2_0_d is used for Bundled NBN/VOIP plan. VLAN ID is 2.

The 0_0_d is used for Data only plan. VLAN ID not used.

You have to modify whichever of these is your plan. Add your username and password.

If Status of all interfaces is Disconnected or Disabled, try a Connect on your particular interface.
