Red Light - Clicking, Blinking, No internet.

Like a lot of people in the forum, we have no internet. The NBN box is flashing red and is making a clicking noise.
Again, like a lot of people in the forum, this outage has followed heavy rain. 

Please advise how this can be fixed asap.
