In regards to your concern , the reason why your account is still active because we apply a free service that why it is active. The charges that happened before was already refunded

back  to you . We sent you the reference number for the refund as well.

Would you still active want to keep the internet service  ? NBN is not yet available it was moved to be ready on 2020
