Hi
I am using the NBN50 plan. Even the speed test has around 35MB/s while I still experiencing drop-off (Normally 5-10sec) during the video conferencing. I am working from home so it is important to have reliable internet.
I am planning to switch to others that have a more stable and higher speed in these couple of days. May I get the rest of the money refunded which I havent use?
