I have applied to cancel my service on August 16th and received the confirmation email on the 28th of last month, but I still received the automatic deduction of $69.99 from August 16th to September 15th today. I asked for a refund, but I was told that there was no way to deal with it through telephone customer service, only through email. However, I haven't received any relevant email, which is absolutely ridiculous. I hope to receive a refund as soon as possible.
