I was calling everyday for my refund and agents telling me different answers everytime I called. I cancelled my plan because the agent didn’t mention that I need to pay on the day. She just told me that they can use the money that I just paid to credit for my new plan. I know, it is illegal to take money from my account without my approval. This is been long going issue. They asks me to return the modem and I don’t have the modem. Please just give me back my money!!!! That’s my money and I’ve been calling everyday for my refund!!!!!
