I applied for financial hardship, on the 11th on 12th the $89.90 was taken out of my account and I was accepted for the financial hardship for that month. I asked for a refund back into my bank account and i kept being told that 3-5 business days it’s been over 2 weeks and still no refund, this is ridiculous. I have contacted tpg multiple times and just going around in circles, no one can help me.
