Relocation issue

Hi TPG:
 
Currently I got FTTB with TPG.  I will be moving out from that place soon. 
 
My new place will have HFC through nbn.
Can I do a relocation with TPG to the new address?  Or do I need to cancel my connection at old address first and then apply for a new connection at my new address?
 
I tried email but no response for over a week.  Your chat function never works.  This is really frustration.
