Replaced the NBN box, Still no connection. It’s fifth day no connection

NBN type - HFC 

NBN box has been replaced and no internet connection at all for 5 days. 

Technical team didn't return call to tell me what's the problem, and no one is picking up call via technical support line. Email sent with requested information still not getting anywhere. Please help.
