Reset slave account password

My partner had forgotten his slave account password, so we logged in and changed it, which was accepted, however we still cannot access the emails, in post office, or via his inbox on phone or ipad.
Have changed password in settings on account... but still get failure message.

Let us help raise this to our Accounts Specialists Team to identify what causing issues with the log-in details of the Slave E-mail Account. Shoot us a PM with your details (Customer ID/Username and the Slave E-mail address) also include your best contact number and preferred time.

Thanks, I will. But when I click your 'how to send a PM link' it tells me that an invalid set of parameters had been selected in the url...
Is there another way to send it?

@Jrssmith . Instead of just clicking on the link, do copy and paste the link into your browser but delete the full stop at the end.
