Return 5G Modem

Hi

I have cancelled the 5G wireless broadband.

I spoke to TPG representative requesting the prepaid return label and the instruction how to send it back to TPG.  I also sent email to TPG Customer Service to chase the above information. However, till now, I have not received any reply. Although the TPG's representative told me the Non-Return Fee will be wavied, I still hope I can return it to TPG asap.

The cancellation of the 5G home broadband will be finalised by the end of your billing cycle.

The return label will be sent out via Email on the same day of the cancellation of the account.
