Get online support
The static IP for my client's internet service was recently changed (without notification). I now need the reverse DNS ptr record updated to reflect the changed IP. After speaking to first level support they had no idea what I was talking about yet this record existed on my last IP and in fact is still working!
Who can I contact to fix the ptr?
