Get online support
Internet has been down all day in Ryde. There was a planned NBN outage in the area apparently (but TPG didn't notify me -- why not?)
The outage was supposed to end at 3pm... it's now almost 6pm and it's still down. What is going on?
In future can you give a 1 week warning?
Also: why can't I raise tickets for this sort of thing anymore?

I checked https://www.nbnco.com.au/support/network-status and it said there's an unplanned outage. Checked and it looks like its whole street. I logged a fault on tpg app asking for an RTS but as yet no reply. It would be nice to know when its coming back.

Is the TPG app the only way to log tickets now?
Had a call from a TPG rep. NBN can't give them a timeline for a return to service. The rep did say it's affecting about 100 residence.

TPG should be giving us free 4G wireless internet access at times like this.
