I'm not able to Private Message, but I am getting 300+ms ping to Singapore game servers, wondering why this is when my friends get 70-90ms.

Let us help identify what causing latency issues and rectify this ASAP. What particular games is affected with the latency? What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far?

Hi @sayorin . Do you know the host names or ip addresses of the game servers?

Can you use ping and tracert commands to check for network delays or bad routing? Copy and Paste in the results.
Can you get your friends to do the same thing and compare results.
