SLOOOOW NBN - I keep getting drop outs - WA 6063

I keep getting drop outs. Happening start of last week
I havent changed anything, all devices

Our initial testing shows a possible issue within the line, but can't confirm if it's internal or external line issue.

Today been ok with no drop outs but speed test is slow as!

The Downstream line rate is quite low compared to what you've got before.

 

You were getting around 28.93 Mbps, but now it is 12.55 Mbps.

 

We'd like to raise this with our Tech team to further troubleshoot your service.

This has been raised to our Engineering team for further investigation and updates will be provided within 24 to 48 hours.
