SMTP AUTH error 535 5.7.8

Hi everyone. Twice a month I send bulk emails (100-200) via mail-merge on Outlook 2010. In the past few months, whenever I do this, my email either slows to a crawl for a day or two, or is completely blocked. Now I get the error "535 5.7.8. [TPG-A02] Authentication denied. User ***** is banned from using SMTP AUTH due to previous abuse" How do I stop this from happening?

In your case, since you have already tried to change the password, we have remotely removed the ban and you will need to wait for 30 minutes for this changes to take effect.
